[Discussion] Luffy's High New Bounty!

On his first voyage he was on the seas going wild for almost a year but not entirely!
During that time he gained an amazing 400Mil bounty on his head surpassing all the supernova's which the highest of 315Mil belonged to, Kid.
Luffy, does a big job which always skips his bounties up by hundreds. Why would, Oda stop now?
It doesn't matter if the bounties slow down after 300Mil+, Luffy continues to skip hundreds and reached 400Mil within 1 year as a rookie pirate. He's nothing like the other supernova's because in, Luffy's mind the status is always "I Don't Give A F^ck!".

He does bigger jobs than, any other pirate would dare to.
Now we're at the time skip and sadly and pathetically none of the other supernova's have rose to the 5hundred millions yet. It obviously took, Law and Kid 1 year just to reach 400Mil having they didn't take a break to train. Then the second year came and they're both above 400Mil which took, Luffy just a small year to obtain.

Luffy, trained for those two years training with the first mate of the king of the pirates and we haven't even seen the full extent of, Luffy's abilities. Imagine the power he can bring out. It's obvious that he's the strongest supernova because of the training. But my question is, what is his next bounty? It's obviously something above, Law and Kids. So what will it be? 500Mil? Maybe higher? Of course! At least that's what I think

Oda, always gives us hints to many things and one type of hint was always what his next bounty would be.
Did, Oda already put a hint with numbers as to what, Luffy's next bounty will be in the current new arcs yet?

It's all about numbers. But anyways, what do you guys think his next bounty will be?
Keep in mind his bounty hasn't increased after the time skip. It hasn't increased for two years. It froze at 400Mil.

My guess as to what his next bounty would be is 500Mil +

$460,000,000 Roronoa Zoro
I'm also guessing that when the other crew members bounty raise it will all be over 100Mil.

Ace, is 550. Luffy, has been a pirate for 3 years now after the TS he told, Ace he would surpass him someday when he got the sea stone cuffs off of him at Marineford. Ace, was a pirate for 3 years but he died. The only way to know that is by his bounty compared to, Aces bounty. Luffy, has been a pirate just as long as his brother before he died. Did he finally caught up or even surpassed his brother?

Like I said about how, Oda gave hints to, Luffy's bounty, this might be where the hint is.

I think he'll AT the LEAST be above Ace's bounty 550mil B after the next bounties are posted for the SH's.

But I honestly think, if something huge goes down in Dressrosa, it's possible for Luffy to jump above all the Supernova's to about 800mil to show he's just as big as a threat as ever. Anyway, we'll see!

The WG wants him dead. They don't want him as a warlord. If they did he would have been offered that back when he beat, Crocodile or after wreaking havoc on enies lobby.

At a certain point it's useless to raise the bounty anymore. It's not going to make the pirates capable of beating that person look any harder for him. The group of people who can take on a big bounty gets smaller and smaller, so why would the navy start handing out 800M rewards when everybody is already looking out for Luffy at 400M.

Bounty raises were useful in the blue seas for people like Kuro, Morgan and Arlong. Those were guys who had to watch their asses as soon as they got on a wanted poster, in my opinion it doesn't make a difference if you're wanted for 100M or 500M no way that a big shot pirate would let that opportunity slip to cash in if that was your goal already.

If Oda continues the trend of raising it a lot I think it's safe to say that he will be using it as a power ranking system even though he said in the past that it isn't

Yeah, it's not a power ranking system but it is a symbol of power in a way which is why everyone usually refers to it as a level of threat and how much the WG/Marines want them off the seas and locked away.

His bounty obviously isn't going to keep increasing by a lot forever(100Mil's). I'm sure it's going to finally slow down or at least go up by 50Mil's from now on after he obtains 500+
He's already facing people like, Don Chinjao who has a bounty which is more than 500Mil. Then there's, Doflamingo. Imagine how big his bounty would be if he became a normal pirate again by leaving the warlords.

But i think, if he were given a bounty. It will be given AFTER whatever happens at Dressrosa. And we know big-sh*t is going to go down in Dressrosa O_O. Well particularly Green Bit. Lol

He is also like, have taken on strong figures like Hordy Jones, Caribou, and like i stated. In the future of the current arc. He might take on even bigger big-shots like Doflamingo, Fujitora, CP-0, other contestants from the tournament with high bounties.

So, i can't really give an estimate but if i would. I'd probably say from 400 million beri > 550 Million Beri. It would be very befitting for Oda to do that. Giving Luffy the same bounty that Ace had hehehe :bouncy:​

I made a thread just like this... And if Law maintains his seat as a warlord (doubt it) the Luffy is technically under government protection which leads me to believe he can easily interfere with marine affairs and therefore his bounty will raise even higher than 540 million (my guess was 550 in my thread posted a couple of months ago) and can raise to the 600 million mark.

If so then I would say 570Mil. Luffy, Beat, Crocodile who had an 81Mil and went up by 19Mil which = 100Mil. That's how the marines raised it.

Yeah, but the Gorosei also said that if Crocodile had an active bounty, it would be more than twice of that. But sure, I can budge 10 million.
