Whut you think guys, if Sasuke Decide to leave Konoha after Naruto become Hokage and he Choose Hiden rain village and become kage of this village and then Hiden rain village would be second by power :3

The thing is Sasuke doesn't want to be a kage for the sake of being a kage. He wants to become the hokage because he wants to change Konoha specifically because of the way they treated his clan, him becoming the Kage of the hidden rain wouldn't serve this purpose

I highly doubt he would choose another village after he had decided to fulfill itachi's will.whether he becomes the hokage or not he would live in the village.and naruto also said he would bring sasuke back.
So he had to stay in konoha.

He should take over Oto. He won't really change anything in Konoha cause there's only two old farts alive still that know about what happened. Plus he would be able to make Oto compete while Konoha doesn't really need him. Imagine Taka creating their own clans in Oto. They would become pretty powerful in a generation or two with the Uchiha, Uzumaki, Hozuki, and Jugo clans. Especially if Hozuki can get his hands on all Seven Ninja Swords. Don't even get me started on Orochimaru.
