I don't like how people say "Don't worry. These fillers will continue next year". Stop being so pessimistic. That's highly unlikely and canon will return sometime this year (I know, this statement is contradictory, but canon will return sometime this year)!
For those who haven't realised it yet, look at this:
Above are pictures taken from the last filler "317 - Shino vs Torune!!". It was taken from the very last scene, where Naruto and Shino was talking to each after they had seal Torune. Shino said to Naruto "Please go, Naruto. Kiba and Hinata are over that way". Why did he say that? Well obviously because Kiba and Hinata were in some kind of trouble. Now take a look at these pages from Naruto Chapter 558 (manga).
Naruto saved Hinata! And Kiba was there too! Since Naruto came to Hinata & Kiba's aid in that chapter (Kiba - indirectly), that means that canon episodes will return soon because the latest episode showed Naruto is heading to the battlefield where Hinata and Kiba is. The animators are telling you to be patient because the fillers will end soon! They hinted us that through the use of dialogue, and so my guess is Madara will appear before the start of August. This has been the longest set of fillers the animators have done, so that probably means it will end soon because they don't want to extend the streak (the more they extend it, the worse their reputation).
As for the time being, I want more fillers about Neji =D
Thoughts? When do you think the fillers will end?
