opinions on todays famous rappers

im just curious as to what narutobase thinks of todays current famous rappers. (lil wayne,2 chainz, gucci mane, frech montana, soulja boy) i for one enjoy alot of their music. theyre music gives me certain enjoyable vibes. whether its the beat, lyrics, or flow of the song. i enjoy pretty much all music genres. your thoughts? (also who is your favorite rapper, even if you dont listen to rap)

i see where you come from. but you gotta realize that some rappers dont care about poetics. or good metphores. they just rap what sounds good. but some lyrics i do hear and just wanna facepalm LOL

But its not about using metaphors and being poetic. Some of these rappers (Lil Wayne) just don't make any sense. Its like they take random words that rhyme and throw them together. That's why I don't like most of today's rappers U_U
