Can Hidan use old blood for his ritual?

If so he could rule the ninja world. After a major battle like say Madara vs Hashirama or Naruto vs Sasuke he can go to the battlefield after the fight and collect the blood, the same way Kabuto collected DNA samples. Then he could store it and then use it for his ritual at any point. He could do this with every Kage and he can just use it to black mail them into doing his bidding for him

Or he can just steal the blood from the Kages or powerful ninja's personal doctors when they draw their blood for routine physical check ups, and then use it for the ritual. This guy would be monster in real life.

NOt if he does it in the safety of his basement. I'm saying he could get the blood from after a major battle (Madara vs Hashi), or just steal it from their personal doctors. Then go home and use the ritual whenever he wants.

But like I said, I'm not suggesting he uses the blood in battle. I'm saying he gets the blood after a fight, then goes home to his basement and does the ritual.
