Okay I have seen over the past few weeks people saying that the present from minato can't be the other half the kuramas chakra as it would be regenerated by now. Well I'm going to use simple logic to prove that this is not the case.

First of all we must clear up that there is a difference between using a chakra and it depleting and the subjects chakra being sealed.

So here we have how chakra would regenerate when used:

[||||||||||] this is a person with full chakra

[||||| ] this is a person that have used half of their chakra

[||||||||||] this person rests and regains his chakra back to normal levels

Now here is how the sealing worked:

[||||||||||] this is the subjects chakra before a portion is sealed

[|||||] this is the subject which has only half of it chakra left after the rest was sealed

[|| ] the subject uses some of the now new amount of chakra available

[|||||] the amount of chakra replenishes

[||||||||||] other half is unsealed and restored back to original chakra pool size.

See simple logic that makes sense.

Unless... the thing sealed is not 'chakra' but 'chakra & chakra capacity'. So when Minato gives back the capacity to Naruto, Naruto will be able to use its max potential.

I mention this because under your logic, when the Kyuubi was sealed in Naruto, Naruto had to die because of the excess of chakra that was being inserted in him.
