What Jutsu does itachi have to beat orochimaru

Besides his sharingan what jutsu does he posses that could beat Orochimaru?

Any type of genjitsu... does not need to be visual based. I mean Oro has not been seen to be able to break out of a powerful genjitsu as of yet

we havent seen itachi fight without his sharingan to really demonstrate jutsu he could possibly possess so this is a totally unfair handicap...
