Sasuke can control amaterasu like sand?

Sasuke can control his amaterasu like gaara control his sand.

I had this in my mind since i saw enton kagutsuchi but i kept quiet because i thought it was just me Zzz
Now after we saw him in latest chapters, i wanted to bring this up.


There is not much to explain since manga speaks by itself.
Sasuke can use enton and manipulate amaterasu into any shape and form.

We have seen it many times, He can form amaterasu shurikens with it.

He can form arrows and swords with it.

He can just control it and make it flow like gaara's sand.

He can simply aim it at target and amaterasu him, just like itachi.

I don't think he can create that volume of Amaterasu and control it freely. At least not that I know of.

Gaara can eject the sand and then freely manipulate its movements using his hands. I don't think Sasuke has shown that level of control.

In a sense, maybe. Gaara's sand reacts to any attack incoming, where as Sasuke must focus his Amaterasu on where he wants it to go. So maybe the control is not as flexible as Gaara's sand, but it sure is deadly

Sasuke is controlling it like gaara controls his sand. Amaterasu is literally flying over and and making arrow like projections towards raikage's legs.

EMS sasuke has been spamming amaterasu since very long (like 2 days) and he don't even look 1% tired .

Hell yeah man! I've been trying to explain this to people, Sasuke's manipulation of the flames provides one of the best defenses. Though he can't control like Gaara's sand because Gaara is more remote while Sasuke must focus before making those defenses, I believe in due time he will be able to control the flames to that extent. Gaara's done it his whole life so he's bound to be better at moving sand than Sasuke is at controlling flames. But you have a great point, Sasuke's Enton control is hella OP without a doubt.

If you're talking about Gaara's sand defense then no, it moves by itself, it's not actually controlled by Gaara.
