if Madara truly has amaterasu.. well even if it gets through yata Itachi can seal it with the sword of Totsuka

Well you are under the assumption that just because Itachi pierces a Jutsu, it seals Madara. I would say this is false. Also recall that Madara's susanoo dwarfs the size of Itachi's meaning he'd have to jump up to hit Madara if a seal was going to work....and thus exposes his underside to damage.

Madara's genjutsu was able to effect Obito, and Obito's weaker version could temporarily effect Kakashi...not to mention both eyes are steonger the closer Kakashi and Obito are.

While the Yata mirror can block ninjutsu, physics still exist. If a large force is applied to a shield, it will be forced backwards. As such, Itachi can simply be pushed back by Madara's Jutsu as he has the chakra and stamina to boast op techniques. One swipe of his PS sword could contain the force to send Itachi flying....may not kill him, but will only dampen his stamina.

Finally Totsuka seals only on piercing attacks as percieved against Orochimaru, the snake heads were cut of; however they remained unsealed. Madara has been shown to have superior Kenjutsu, and as such Madara's own blades would serve to fight back against Itachi's.

And we don't have a healthy Itachi. As such the fact remains that you can only truly use a sick Itachi. Regardless, he has not been known to have a high chakra reserve where Madara and Sasuke have.

End of the day...Madara most likely wins.

But my opinion is. Itachi has a good chance. He can use Totsuka to seal PS but it will take time since PS is huge. While Itachi is sealing it, if Madara summons the Meteor Technique then it's all over for Itachi. *_*

Obito cannot use Tsukyomi, and Madara has yet to use it either. Madara has also been unable to display Genjutsu feats that would surpass Itachi.

Whilst I agree that 3 tomoe wise, Obito is probably better at Genjutsu than Itachi. Itachi's Tsukyomi trumps any Genjutsu that Obito has. :3
