Kirio appears behind Ragna with a twinkle in her eye, bringing her open palm up she slapped him across the back of the head whilst crying out "Feel Pain!". Without waiting for the reaction, she moved around and sat down on the chair that was conveniently there. "Now please tell me all that you know of the element of Lightning".
"Gaaaah!! What the heck??" Ragna yelled while spitting out his food. Ragna didn't know if he should run away but automatically he felt obligated to burst into an explanation of lightning to avoid another slap. "Uh I know lightning is one of the basic five elements, It is strong against Earth but weak against wind. Lightning can be used with water to perform more powerful attacks as it will simply travel along or through the water. Some lightning attacks require conjuction with fire to be performed such as kirin!" Y-you hit me for no reason sempai.

"Everything happens for a reason and the reason for the slap was for your bad manners, of bursting into a room and talking with your mouth full, that's all." Kirio said as she had a wide smile on her hand. The smile grew as she began to laugh at the face the man before her was making. "Now, you were correct with the basic explanation of Raiton but I shall elaborate on the Kirin factor. The use of Fire techniques is to heat up the atmospheric pressure. When a cold and hot pressure system collide, they mix and create thunder clouds." She took a breath and looked around her "What do you notice about our location? Specifically this room, do you think we are out of place for lightning training?"
"I do not like this woman," Ragna murmured to himself annoyed by his sempai's smile yet impressed by her explanation of Kirin although he would never admit to that. He gazed around the room as he thought about his sempai's question. "Well of course we are out of place, this is an ordinary room (with a chair) after all, with you know normal materials used to build it. If we start using any jutsus this place is going to be devastated." Ragna immediatly held his hands up in a defensive position fearing what his senpai would do. (I hope I was right)

Kirio stands up from her sitting position, causing the chair to creak, and casually walked over to the man, raising her open palm, she gently pats him on the head. "Correct!" She then moved passed him, motioning for him to follow. Without hesitating she walks out of the room not waiting for Ragna. "Now I want you to go a bit deeper into Lightning. For example, who can use it and how have they made it their own. Give me 3 examples of who has Lightning chakra and then one example each of how they have made it unique to them." Continuing to walk, Kirio begins walking up a path which could be seen ascending to the top of a mountain range.
Ragna flinches prepared for the smack of his life, then realizes he was safe as he recieved praise from senpai Kirio. After he is motioned to follow he stumbles a bit trying to keep up with Kirio. "Well lets see.....people who use lightning release and made it there own, The Fourth Raikage surges electricity around his body producing a lightning armor, Sasuke malipulates lightning to combine with his sword for various lightning/sword combinations, Kakashi invented the Raikiri which he molds for power and piercing ability even A was noted commending the technique when Sasuke used chidori." Ragna gazes upon the ascending mountain range almost intimidated. "So this is where we will be killing each other...Haha"
"Feel Pain!" Kirio slaps her student yet again at his last comment "Incorrect, this will NOT be the place that we kill each other. It will be the place where I get to toy with you and experiment with Lightning Conduction Theories!"
She laughs maniacally at this and returns to walking up the hill, breathing heavily. "Yes, you were correct with the examples and I will ask you if you can identify the mechanics behind each of the examples you gave. So, what about the lightning armor makes the Raikage fast. What makes the Raikiri have such Piercing ability and how did Sasuke adapted the chidori from a short range technique to a mid-long range jutsu? Just remember that there are no wrong answers!" She stops to catch her breath as the activity of talking and hiking was taking it out of her.
After the slap, the comments, and scary laugh Ragna stares in horror for a bit then screams like a girl "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" He begins running in circles frantically while answering the questions asked by Kirio, Uh the mechanics?, the mechanics!....Um A creates lightning surges from within and releases the currents over around/through his body, and im not sure but I heard he used his lightning to connect with his nervous system to quicken his reflexes is that true? Now as for Sasuke I think of his sword as a metal conductor. It will attract and hold electricity so he uses it to control lightning the way he wants. This gives him the ability to shoot off electric attacks by passing it through the sword. Kakashi releases alot of chakra through his hand and molds the front of his Lightning based attack with chakra into a sharp point. This along with the lightning allows him to pierce the solid objects easily!" Ragna breathes heavily as his panic attack has finished. He notices Senpai Kirio taking a break. "Do you want to use my broadsword as a cane senpai Kirio? This isn't an easy walk."

Kirio watches in silent humour as her pupil went into a frantic rave. "You are correct about the Raikage's Lightning Armour. The armour causes electrical surges to pass through the body, following the nervous system (which is how the mind tells the body what to do through electrical currents) Basically what the Raikage's jutsu does is speed up the electrical currents in the nervous system which in turns allows him to react quicker."
She begins to walk as Ragna offers his blade as a make-shift walking stick "I have climbed this mountain range many times, I do not need such assistance. But thank you for the gesture." Turning she continues moving forward. "Now with Sasuke's extensions of the Chidori. He is not limited to only using his sword as a conductor to help him. He has demonstrated the ability to extend the chidori to a mid-range distance and to also create lightning senbon. He has even made it to be used as a current along the ground which is handy in a tight spot."
Taking a breath she continues "And with Kakashi's Raikiri. You draw on key points but the main factor in why Lightning Chakra has suck piercing capabilities is due to the frequency of vibrations that the lightning chakra produces."
Kirio stops a moment and turns to Ragna. "Before we continue and before we reach the summit. I will get you to focus and see if you are able to successfully channel your lightning chakra." She reaches inter her garb and brings out a small, square piece of paper, handing it to him she takes a seat on the ground opposite him. "This is Chakra paper. It has special properties that allow us to know our chakra natures. First I want you to close your eyes and concentrate. Using only your hearing tell me, what do you hear?"
Oh I see that helps. In order to use this release ill need to know how it works. Ragna straps his broad sword back on when he is handing a piece of paper. He looks at his senpai then back at the paper. (Paper?) After his Senpai Kirio explains what it is he closes his eyes and begins to focus. Heh heh oh I get it. Let's see I hear....I hear crackling or crumpling sounds.
"In order to be able to use anything we must first understand how we are able to use it." Kirio watches as Ragna closes his eyes. "Good, now I want you to try and gather some chakra. When you are confident that you have gathered a good amount, focus and direct it to the piece of paper. Take your time."
Ragna realizes this wasn't as easy as it sounds. "Crap!" He begins gathering chakra and after a few failed attempts, and as minutes pass by he manages to gather enough chakra and directs it on the chakra paper. "There, I think I finally got it."
Kirio raises her hand as she hears a particular word starting with 'C'. "Ask yourself, are you a masochist?" She then proceeds to watch as you try and fail several times and when she hears you say you think you finally got it she looks at the paper and see's that it has crumpled. "Good! Now we can start with the techniques! But first, back to the hike!" She says as she returns to walking without even waiting for Ragna.
"Okay the first technique I will be teaching you is the following."
(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.
"Now, I will explain the process of how I will teach you the techniques. First I will ask from you three advantages and three disadvantages for each technique. I will then teach you the technique where you will demonstrate your understanding of it against one of my clones. So basically it will be Theory then practical." She turns her head to her student while she walks "Is everything clear? Also if there are any questions you have don't hesitate to ask."
"Now please give me three advantages and disadvantages for this technique."
Hey hold on, Ragna says startled by the sudden continuation of the hike. Once he catches up he nods to let Senpai Kirio know everything is understood.
The advantages of this technique would be number one it would be able to counter an Earth jutsu of equal rank. Number two it is a short-mid range technique so it allows distance between you and your opponent(if you choose) just incase. (especially if you are not good at close combat). Thirdly since it is low chakra cost I figure an advantage would be that it can be used multiple times.
Disadvantages is it is a weak jutsu that can be countered by an equal ranked wind jutsu. Not only wind but any high ranked jutsu is capable of countering it. Since it is only small bolts of lightning I figure any large attack would engulf/block it. Even though it can be used multiple times you cant consider this attack to land fatal blows.
Im not a masochist! Ragna says this not even knowing what the word means.
Kirio nods as she walks and is surprised that her student does not know what masochist meant. "A masochist is basically someone who enjoys the feeling of pain upon themselves." As she finishes explaining she turns to her student. They had now reached the summit of the mountain and she was now looking at him with a mischievous grin. "Now I want you to first gather your chakra into your hand, from there I want you to release the chakra into small bolts of lightning. I dont want you to attack just yet, I want you to get the hang of generating the lightning first."
What! I don't like Pain that guy had weird eyes and strange piercings. LOL. When Ragna reaches the summit he looks at the view then turns to his sensei who has a mischievous grin. (Uh oh what is she thinking). Upon recieving instruction he hesitates then does as he was told. "Yes I finally get to make some sparks!" Ragna begins concentrating chakra into his hand. Once he has generated enough he begins creating small bolts of lightning. "Aw yea baby im a genious!"
OOC: As you may know, I am still trying to iron out my training style, so until I figure it out, my methods may.....vary(?) i guess the word can be.
Kirio watches as you assume that you are a genius at training and giggles when no lightning comes out. "Okay, I want you to take a moment to take in your surroundings. You should be able to feel that tingling sensation from the thunder clouds, right?" She points her finger up to the sky "Try simulating that sensation but with your chakra. When moulding your chakra and before you release it, concentrate on making the chakra vibrate at varying frequencies, that should help with the simulation but also imagine how you want the sparks to be and manipulate your chakra to fit that image upon releasing it." She pauses momentarily "Does that make sense?"
When Ragna realizes he hasn't done anything he becomes embarrassed. "Oops." After hearing kirio's instruction he gets ready to try again. "Yea, that really helps. Don't worry I'll get it this time." He gets back into position to concentrate and create lightning chakra. It begins vibrating and he imagines multiple sparks flying in somewhat a straight line toward the enemy. After this he sends the sparks flying just how he imagined.
(Oh thats okay im sure you will find a great training style) =D
