Personally I think it is water since she manipulated it in Episode 11 of Naruto : Shippuden when she healed Kankuro from the poison.

I think it was water that she manipulated. It could be something else but I remember it being water.

Humm? Well, I dont think she "needs" an element right now. But still, what are the odds of it being water (besides 1/5). Since it was kinda explicitly mentioned that she can manipulate water.

But Lightning has a high probability of being her main affinity.

Dont take the wiki too literally. It says presumed but it is "mostly" confirmed that it is Lightning.

It won't be Fuuton, Katon or Raiton, due to Naruto and Sasuke having it and her not being remotely connected to it.

It is most likely to be either

Doton - complements her powerful punches
Suiton - complements her healing abilities
