So let me get this straight God is all understanding, kind , and peaceful but kills people, sounds legit.

Nah, we still don't need God. Every human out there has the potential to do what they have their mind set on doing on this planet (and others when the time comes), and all it takes are synthetic qualifications and time.

The cognitive ability to learn, the capacity for learning, and the rate of how you learn. This is different from Wisdom, which is simply how much knowledge you have.

Animals are far superior to us. Animals only show emotion which is true love. I believe many animals live happier lives than humans

And that's up to us. We can stop that or continue and destroy everything. Human's are far superior than anything else in this planet, thanks to our brains. That's how we got here, how we have homes, technology, communication, everything is thanks to our intelligence that we were gifted with. Animals live simple lives, you can't say they live happier lives. Animals other than humans haven't gotten anywhere other than evolve and continue to survive, breed, etc.

What I'm trying to say is that it's up to us to stop and continue, or continue to instead destroy everthing. Animals live very simple, easy lives. For them, it's just breed, kill or be killed, etc. Human's have achieved far far more than what animals could have ever done, humans are the only species even aware of their own existance

Not to jump on the wagon, but then there's the other story in the New Testament where Jesus told a tree to not grow fruit again because it offended him. "See to it that you'll never bear fruit again".

Thinking is irrelevant to activity.

The Law of Evolution and the Theory of Natural Selection have no correlation to "activity", only through "those who are alive long enough to breed are assumed to have the genes necessary for offspring to survive". This thereby means that these two principles do not stop.

To which animals are superior? Many are superior to us, yet many are INferior to us.

Good, because humans are animals too. And we have the capacity to show far more emotion than all others, because emotion is conveyed through cognition, thanks to your cerebral cortex.

The theories of Competition, Struggle for Existence, and the simple matter of Predation (where the prey do not have an easy time with getting eaten alive) debunk this idea.

You don't see giraffes creating art or dogs researching medicine, we are the smartest, but it's true. We are also the worst.

You don't see donkey's starting world wars or monkeys driving cars. We have a far more sophisticated thought process than any other animal, thanks to technology, living is far better than animals.

We have constructive and destructive ideas, animals have no versatility in this. That's what makes us human, but it is true that we are literally f*cking ourselves up. Let's hope we're still even here in the next hundred or so years.

Now to my main point: Does God needs us weak?

Today, I went to see Man of Steel and there was a certain quote that had me thinking. The line was "What Clark did was a doing of God." And that got me thinking: Why didn't God give us these abilities?

Don't get me wrong, I don't mean flying or shooting lasers from our eyes, I mean to be stronger, faster, better than we are. Why did God give regenerative abilities to lizards and their tails, and not to our organs? Why did God give sharks immunity to all known diseases, and not us? Why are gorillas stronger, why are cheetahs faster, but not us, his most loved creations?

Then it hit me: God needs us weak. If God have given us any of these things, we wouldn't need him. No one would worship, or pray, cept for giving thanks, and that may just be a few.

Now, it occurred to me that we may lack these things because Adam and Eve tarnished our perfection. But God knew this would happen, he knew we would ruin it for ourselves because he can see the future. Why would God allow his most loved creations to be deceived, and not stop Satan? Some might say it's because God values free will of all. But is the free will of Satan more important than human lives, innocent people who were born into a chaotic anomaly of sin? We had no chance.

God saw what us being imperfect meant for him: Worship and Prayer. And it makes sense. God murders those who don't worship him, or at least, he did in the past. He hates when worship is sent to someone else. Now, this is understandable being that he created us and not some false god, but still, seems a bit far to go for worship, no? Especially since he did nothing to stop what would cause this lack of worship. It's all because worship is the most valuable thing to him.

so yeah, this is basically my epiphany. Feel free to disagree or whatever.

Answer to your question if you are a Christian: SO isn't god a psychopathic control freak or what?

Question: Are you an atheist? I respect atheists but when they slope to the level that "some people" think on then I start to lose respect for them. Have your own beliefs, and keep them to your self. If you want to change an old paradigm you have to start with changing your self. Sloping to the level of stupid christians, and questioning their beliefs and trying to have a senseless irrational argument with them is pointless. Keep your beliefs and share them to people you think that can accept them, and maybe even adopt them. Don't attack others beliefs, its not going to do anything for your or their good. It will just make the ignorants hate you even more and justify their twisted argument back toward you.

If there is a God, and he is an omnipotent being, then he doesn't need us to be weak. He wouldn't need us at all. Even if we were made with "God-like" powers, he being the king of all Gods could still take us out whenever he felt the need.
