Akatsuki takes it to be honest.

Obito with Gedo Mazou and six Jinchurikis is alone enough to match Madara (Atleast if it's not edo, which it's not in this fight).

And though Hashirama was hyped up to be the god of shinobi i just don't see him beating that many extremely powerful shinobi alone. Besides, Deidara is there and that's just a terrible match up for Hashirama since he can't really counter C4.

The only problem Hashi has in soloing Akatsuki is C4, which madara counters thanks to his sharingan, PS slash kills anyone in Atatsuki bar obito, Chojo kebutsu does as well, with the bonus of being able to kill obito due to the sheer amount of punches it lasts more than 5 mins. Tho, as of how the battle goes, Hashi uses FTW and wood dragons while madara stabilizes PS, nerfing the bijuus, madara kills everyone while hashi summons the Buddha. GG Obito.

Note: Hashi would be unable to solo AKatsuki in most cases cuz he cant counter CT and C4 at the same time, if he can even counter the latter, madara warns him about the nature of deidara's technique.

Btw, are we counting the fact that madara can control the bijuus as well?

Obito, Nagato & Itachi can defeat the duo. Obito alone can put up a good fight but will obviously be defeated. With Nagato, it will make it a closer match-up but the victory isn't confirmed for either side. With Itachi, Team 2 will win for sure. Add Deidara, Kakuzu, Hidan, Sasori, Konan etc. Akatsuki win.

I wouldn't underestimate Hashirama's wood style. So I don't think Deidera's C4 would be as effective against Hashirama as everyone thinks it will.

But simply because of the sheer numbers and skill the Akatuski are coming at the two would be enough to overwhelm them. It'd be a very difficult battle though.
