I don't know if this thread has already been made, but it's not like I care anyway.

As we can see on this page, Tobirama comments on Sasuke's kagutsuchi (his enton jutsu) as being the strongest he's ever seen (obviously due to it being enhanced by Naruto's absolutely huge rasenshuriken):

Now, who from Tobirama's time could have possibly used amaterasu (a technique from the mangekyou sharingan)? Izuna, or Madara. Now I don't know about Izuna, but as it has to be at least one of the two, and Madara took Izuna's eyes, he obviously has amaterasu as well.

What do you guys think?

I don't think getting Izuna's eyes gives Madara his eye abilities, remember Sasuke only got it because Itachi implanted it in him. I think the EMS is just a perfect version (ability wise) of the MS.

Besides, it was stated that in order to awaken the third final power (susanoo), you would need amaterasu & tskuyomi.

How would Madara do his infinite tsukyomi if he can't use it? same goes for amaterasu, how does he have susanoo?

Because in Tobirama's time only two people had the MS Izuna and Madara, so he's saying there's a chance that Madara had it cause Tobirama said "That's the strongest Enton I've ever seen" who else could've he seen with that ability? Madara of course. Here's more proof

Amatearsu being a Mangekyō Sharingan technique leaves only two options for Tobirama to make such a statement being Izuna and Madara himself as they were not only the first to awaken the Mangekyō but the only Mangekyō users during Tobirama's time. Going along with the Databook and Manga statement; Amatearasu being a prerequisite for the Susano'o' leaves Madz the better option between the two. ​

So you're saying that Izuna used it on Tobirama yet somehow Madara never knew of this? If that's what you're saying, then Izuna had amaterasu without Madara's knowledge? I don't see Madara intrigued at Sasuke's amaterasu at all, though, he seems to be familiar with it actually judging by his lack of reaction.

It was confirmed a long time that Madara can use Amaterasu, but Tobirama only added proof to that point and totally confirmed it.
