Sakura was with a medical ninja before the war started and she was thinking if naruto and sasuke were both injured who would I save first.
If Naruto and Sasuke had fatal wounds. Sakura can summon katsuyu and heal both of them with all of her chakra. Afterwards she falls into a coma like tsunade.

Actually, she's hardly developed at all. She's still more or less the same as she was pre-shippuden. Albeit, stronger but that's it.

Sasuke has hardly developed as a character either. He's still that easily manipulated obsessive pawn.

Hell, even Naruto has hardly developed. He's pretty much just as stupid as before, with only a few moments of insight.

If you're looking for character development, then Naruto isn't the manga for you. Because there is hardly any.

And, Sakura didn't feel guilty about making Naruto shoulder the burden of Sasuke until Sai called her out on it.

Honestly? The character who has developed the most over the entire series has been Sai.

To the OP, Sakura never wonder if she would heal Sasuke or Naruto.That was an Anime filler, thus it never happen.

TL;DR

Naruto heals himself, Sasuke have Karin. Sakura doesn't need to be here.

Naruto can't heal himself, he never had that ability.Kurama used to heal Naruto, but as we can see from the last chapter, Naruto need Sakura to heal him and restore his chakra.As for Sasuke, how can Karin heal him when she in a totally different area with Orochimaru?

I wasn't really taking my time on it. Because in the end of the day no on really cared about the thread. You can see here no one barely read it.

Of course, Sakura is SO underrated, and her accomplishments during the series are many more than people tend to recognize... the fact is that she is strong and important in Naruto-verse. Naruto, Shizune, Sasuke, and Hashirama have stated her to be strong, skillful, talented, useful in the actual context of the manga.

So which opinion should be taken more into account? The opinion of the characters in the main story? Or some hateful opinion some random user give in a forum?

Sakura does have room for development and can gain many jutsu, because of the yin seals versatility.
Ot: It was nice, she probably will heal both of them, naruto first though, but he will tell her to heal saskue,
because he can hold up fine on her own, then either naruto dies as she healing Saskue, then saskue turns around
and seek a path of redemption, and Sakura become hokage, or she heals both of them at once, and Saskue falls in
love, lol. But really she probably will heal them.

The opinion of the characters in the main story of course. I don't give a shit about random users that spam hating or fanboy/fangirl-ism without manga proof.

Yeah, I agree. The problem is not Sakura as a character, it is Kishimoto who doesn't give a good development to his characters.
