in most Danzou matches the threadmaker restricts it
you can't see any KA user in the 90% of top 10 lists while it even works on Itachi (we all know how hax Itachi is)
of course it's not an auto-win (though I can't think of more than 7 people who can counter it) but it's obviously more OP than people think and I'm sure Shisui and Danzou should be at least top15 or top10 far above people like Jiraiya Orochimaru Gaara Mei Tsunade (this one is obvious)

Tsunade's should never be in any top twenty list.. I think the Sannin should really be in top 25... And shisui we don't have many or enough feats to go by, so. . Yeah.

And Danzo, meh. He could be top twenty. But, if we include KA, we have to include Edo Tensei. And no one likes including that jutsu.

Shinsui got trolled by Kishi thou, he needs to wait 10 years to use his own power unless he steals another mans DNA. Kishimoto logic =D

Of course! And, if you were to take away either of their jutsu they would drop. Like, a lot. Take away Minato's rasengan and he has no offensive, take away Sasuke's enton/Amaterasu or Susano'o and he becomes considerably weaker.

Take away KA? He still gave MS Sasuke a good fight.
