Tsunade's punch would probably be weaker than Sakura's but still much stronger than the ones used against Kabuto.

Kabuto used his chakra scalpel to cut through Tsunades muscles so she coudnt unleash her full power against him
The raikage coud not crack this susanoo even with his full power and we all know what he was capable of against sasuke and what damage he coud do
So imagin the impact Tsunade coud do with one punch
