Fire Release, or Katon is one of the five elemental chakra natures. It is weak against water as water can extinguish fire. Fire is strong against wind because wind feeds flame and increases its power. Fire can also be used in conjunction with Lightning when a powerful Fire Release technique is used to alter the weather conditions in preparation for a powerful Lightning Release technique (Kirin). Members of the Uchiha clan have a fire affinity. Fire Release is a component of the following advanced nature Kekkei Genkai: Lava Release and Boil Release.

Mei Terumī can use Fire Release and it is a component of both of her Nature Kekkei Genkai, Boil Release and Lava Release.
Madara Uchiha, as an Uchiha, specialized in Katon and had a variety of Fire tehniques in his arsenal such as Katon: Great Fire Annihilation, Katon: Great Fire Destruction and Katon: Dragon Flame Release Song.
Jiraiya could use Fire Release in the form of oil enchanced blasts of flame. He could also use Senjutsu to enhance his fire techniques.
PS: Am I gonna learn some jutsu now ? -__-

Having an image of 3 small fireballs already in her mind, she directs the chakra from her stomach up her throat and into her mouth. Seperating the chakra into 3 equal parts. She inhales and as she exhales she releases the chakra, one at a time, sending 3 fireballs in a line from her mouth.
"Now in basic terms, you gather the chakra and direct it to your mouth where you seperate it into 3 equal portions and then release them individually into three fireballs." Kirio makes a single hand sign and creates several clones that line up. "Now to begin with I want you to try and burn one of my clones, if successful it should disperse."

I have a question. How does the user not get burned by having fire chakra in their throat?

Kirio watches as her studen successfully manages to form a single fire ball, with puffs of smoke being the remaining two. "Try adding a little more chakra, also, the chakra does not just travel up your throat on it's own, you need to control it, otherwise it will just disperse within you. And in answer to your question, I believe it is because it is your own chakra, which is created by you. Its like how a snake's poison doesnt poison them when it is excreted from their fangs, they have a natural immunity i guess you can say. I would however double check with a sensei in regards to that question.

Okay now please expand on your description of the process of the technique. describe how it feels as it flows through your body, and dont just say stuff like "then the burning chakra is seperated". Please describe that you seperate it, otherwise it sounds like it is an auto occurance

Arashi gathers chakra in his core, and then heats it up to create fire chakra. He pushes the chakra from his stomach, upward towards his throat. It feels like he is throwing up. :| When the fire chakra in in his throat. He divides it into three small fireballs. Then he exhales them aiming them at Kirio's clone, dispersing it.
