Lili's appearance seems to portray a "sweet and kind" look. Lili is a young Monegasque teenager with honey-blonde hair with full fringed bangs that cover her forehead, and has light bluish-grey eyes. Her primary outfit consists of a white Victorian-style dress, white boots with red socks, red-and-white finger-less gloves, and a red-and-black gingham-patterned ascot tie. Her primary outfit, and all of its customization's feature a heavy lolita theme, popularized in Japan. Headdresses, miniature top hats, and thick glasses all suggest that her second costume is an obvious nod to the lolita fashion style.

Even though Lili appears somewhat selfish and stuck-up, she is deep down a gentle and very sweet young lady. However, like her rival Asuka Kazama, she revels in fighting. In general, Lili seems to strive for grace and poise with every movement — even and especially during fights she has been often described as a "graceful" fighter. She is also very confident in her fighting abilities, as shown by her winning and pre-match quotes, despite not having any formal training in any fighting style. Her behavior, however, is split between efforts to sate her own need for fighting and a deep love for her father, who dislikes violence.

背景情報|Background Info
The only daughter of the Rochefort Family , Lili has led a pampered life. However, four years earlier, Lili was the target of an attempted abduction by Rogue ninja . Lili struck out wildly and was able to even defeat one of her abductors. As a result, Lili realized she found pleasure in fighting. Her father, however, was a kind and gentle man who abhorred violence. Lili was torn between her strong urge to fight and her desire to please her father, whom she adored. Lili only wants to please her father, but she knows that he despises fighting because he wants his daughter to be a prim and proper lady and not a shinobi. Her desire to fight could not be controlled, and for this reason, she secretly used her family's private carriage to travel abroad and discover the true ninja world.This was done under the guise of a vacation from her homeland.
One day, she receives an invitation to a certain fighting tournament from an opponent she defeated in Takigakure (village hidden in the waterfall). Lili soon realizes that the host of this tournament was none other than the head of the rouge ninja that set out the plan to abduct her, and the main source of her father's problems. She decides to enter the tournament and put an end to her father's business troubles.However, her chances of winning the tournament were completely destroyed at the hands of Asuka Kazama, who mocked her for her inexperience . What's worse, her father knew of her involvement in the tournament, and as punishment he forbade her from leaving the house until further notice, thwarting her chances of a rematch with Asuka Kazama. An message was given to her by unknown passersby saying to seek a journey to Amegakure ( the hidden village in the rain ) and find a powerful shinobi that will teach her the true ninja way.
Sometime later, Lili's father who was forced cope with the takeover of the Rochefort enterprise collapsed from overexertion. Lili, who was worried about her father's well being, believed that if she were able to reclaim her father's enterprise somehow from the rogue ninja , she would without a doubt remove his anxiety. While she deeply thought how to best to act, Believing this was her big break, Lili decided to take a journey to Amegakure and seek the unknown shinobi for her fathers sake.
