No where in the manga does it state Tsunade training Hinata. Sakura, Ino, and Hinata may have learned mystical palm under Tsunade's supervision but the only student Tsunade has that she fully "trained" was Sakura.
As far as I know, Hinata using mystical palm is only seen on anime. Ino for sure was trained only medical skills under Tsunade.
