Well when they first fought Minato was able to pretty much beat him and release the Kyuubi from Obito.
Really I think minato would win this because his intelligence and speed is amazing.
But still its just my opinion besides we haven't seen really Minato's full power. Like other jutsus, Sage mode (Its been hinted that he does), a actual elemental chakra. When we see more stuff from him then I can give a more accurate evaluation.

No, he didn't use his full arsenal against Minato at that time. He only used Kamui, but he still had Kurama, Mokuton and Katon.

Well the first time they fought it was a rapid succession of moves so it seemed it could have gone either way. In all actualness minato could probably still win from sheer speed. But lets say if they fought 10 times i'll say minato wins 6 of those.

No, he didn't use his full arsenal against Minato at that time. He only used Kamui, but he still had Kurama, Mokuton and Katon.

If he thought they will make him win, he would have used them.
and I don't see how he can possibly land those jutsus on Minato anyway.
