You seriously underestimate Kabuto's healing. He has the healing power of himself, Karin, and Orochimaru combined, on top of being reinforced by DSM. Easily comparable to Tsunade's regeneration.

Orochimaru doesn't have healing powers actually. Kabuto's own healing power is useless, since he now has Karins. He still hasn't shown the feats of Tsunade's regeneration.

But of course I would agree hes one of the highly durable ninjas.

Obito, Hashirama, Kabuto, Tsunade, 3rd Raikage . These would be the elites in durability for me.
