That means that for example, with this capacity they could mold their chakra to transform it in a fire natured chakra, or a wind natured chakra, or a raiton natured chakra, and so on, which technically should allow them to be capable to use any element of their desire(with some amount of training though i suppose)

Mi ato seems to be better than naruto at it despite what kurama says because it took naruto along time to master kurama's chakra well minato has had no training at all but his chakra prowess allows him to use km which kyuubi wasn't even impressed because he knew minato was special so he wasn't even surprised
