[Discussion] Cavendish - How Strong Could He Be?

I liked the guy from the start with his introduction but now I don't like him.
Luffy, is like a god in my eyes and this ho thinks he can just kill him...
To top it off he's trying to do it for a retarded reason.
I hope, Luffy pounds his face in and ruins his so called good looks. Guys who look like girls are just fruit cups.

Anyways, this guy is pretty strong from what I can tell for a guy with a 280mil bounty. He continued to dodge all of, Chinjao's attacks. He stopped him in his tracks with his sword and with one hand. He survived in the new world for quite some time. Is, Oda just doing something wrong or is this guy stronger than what you could guess judging by his bounty?

Don't yap any crap about bounties being about threats unless you understand it completely. In the story bounties are always said and viewed as a persons strength level 98% of the time. Now there's the part where you guys yap about threat. Define threat. What is a pirates threat? It's their strength and the level of danger they pose to the WG. The feats they accomplish and such. Luffy's bounty has always been a symbol of his strength and nothing more. He doesn't do what other pirates do such as killing innocent civilians.

If you understand lets talk about, Cabages strength. Is this guy stronger than what his bounty symbolizes or is he just skilled or lucky? Chinjao's, gotten old. If that's the issue as to why he can dodge then, Chinjao, will be made quick work out of and wouldn't be worth, Luffy's time. Luffy, hit him on the head and because of that he couldn't cause good damage.

Chinjao? I bet he has a Zoan ability. If so that means all his lost power from old age will come back by him transforming. I think he may be one of, Kaido's 500 beasts or whatever.

Also, don't forget that, Cavendish is in the tournament so he can win the mera mera no mi so he can eat it.

My argument actually makes perfect sense. That's just proof bounties don't portray strength accurately. If it did, Chopper would have a higher bounty.

No, I said 98%. If you're saying that its 100% not strength then stop replying to me, I prefer to not speak to idiots. Oda, always uses bounties in the story and had characters speak if it as strength. If you don't realize that then read or watch the anime over again.

His argument made sense, also Luffys bounty was so high pre ts because he declared war on the wg, destroyed ennies l, broke out of ID, was at MF, ... Its not just strength

And luffys bounty before ts didt reflect his strength since Kidds now is not all that mich higher than his and he was active for two years

I think it had more to do with him having conquerors Haki and the strength he displayed. He did a lot of damage there. Also can you reply to the discussion instead? Thanks.

Im not saying that his very weak. He is not. He single-handly managed to stop an attack from that massive head butter dude who to me see,s hella strong.

Plus, if he is a swordsman then if anyone Zoro should battle with him. Swordsman to Swordsman. If he can take Zoro out, then i allow him to go after luffy's head.

Pre timeskip Supernova's are fodders to people like Franky today, so no he's much stronger than that. He's been in the NW for like 3 years iirc so he probably has haki.

Sanji is M3 level but he's the weakest *_*. Cavendish should be on the same general level as the M3, but I think he's weaker than all 3 of them.

Of course he is very strong ; I think all four above need upgrades to their bounty
