As the title states. Keep in mind, Sasuke's mastery of Enton would allow him to apply Enton to PS' sword and making it impossible for anyone to get near his Susanoo because he can coat it in Enton.
A theoretical Perfect Susanoo Sasuke: Where would he be in the top 10?

A hypothetical PS Sasuke with Enton would be stronger than EMS Madara w/Kyuubi (if he ignited Kyuubi before he coats it in Susano'o) and even Hashirama at that, all of Sasuke's elements completely destroy Doton, Suiton and Mokuton. As of right now though, both Madara EMS and Hashirama are above him until we see more. Sasuke is 6-7 on the top ten list already.
Kabuto is 1-2 in his prime with Edo's, right now he isn't even top ten, his Edo's are gone and a good chunk of his DSM powers are probably gone as well, (not all but some.) Since Orochimaru took back his chakra.

No, just no.
Naruto has Bijuu Bombs that could crush Susanoo even with Amaterasu covering it. Even though Sasuke or Madara could cut any of those down, I believe that at least one would hit. He also has Ma and Pa who's Genjutsu can pierce Susanoo.

Are we talking about the same PS Madara has?
If so he goes right above anyone else bar Hashirama and Madara.
Madara's still has a Kyuubi armored with PS, which trumps PS by itself, even if it has Enton Blades.
Hashirama still has Shinsuusenju, which has already canonically broken through Susanoo, even if its coated in Enton, the Enton won't be in a large enough quantity to burn down the Buddha or cause enough damage to it that its attack would be halted.
He beats anyone else though.
Obito gets beaten mid diff at best.
Naruto gets beaten mid diff at best.
Everyone else loses low diff.

Yes, same scale. I don't know about Shinsenjuu. Yes canonically it did beat Madara's PS, but Madara's PS can't be coated in Enton. The second Shinsenjuu starts barraging it comes in contact with Enton and starts to burn instantly.
Not sure how EMS Madara+Kyuubi would win, albeit probably extreme difficulty at best; Kyuubi gives him more power but Madara's own PS was tanking Kyuubi Bijuudamas with ease.
I'm not an Uchiha/Sasuke fanboy in the slightest, but I'd put Sasuke at 1/2 (With varying circumstances) in the top 10. He'd stomp Nagato/Kabuto with this power.

That's what I was thinking as well. He could take Hashirama, BUT EXTREME DIFFICULTY, but more often than not, Hashirama will win.
Now how will Naruto surpass Hashirama...

PS is far smaller than Shinsuusenju is, so the Enton covering it will be smaller as well, Enton isn't a good outer shield so while the hands may be lit on fire, the punches won't be blocked, directed away or softened so Shinsuusenju would still hit him with its full force.
True, but tanking 12 of them covered in PS blades (That only augment the strength of the Bijuu Dama) Unlikely, even if it isn't destroyed, it would still take damage so adding in some more of those will help to bust it open.
With Kyuubi restricted I'd give it to Sasuke mid diff.
Don't see him beating Hashirama and Madara though.

I see him taking Madara's place (2) in the top 10, IMO. The added benefactor of Enton is too hard to pass up. It would be something like:
1. Hashirama
2. Sasuke/Madara (Leaning ever so slightly to Sasuke)
3. Madara/Sasuke
4. Obito
5. Naruto/Nagato
Naruto's subsequent power-up puts him over Hashirama later on (Be it Rinnegan over whatever plot device that comes in to play).

He's not in top 10? I think he's either #10 or #9 at best but I guess that's just me.
Though yeah Perfect Susanno would definitely put him in the top 10. He's probably not going to have a sword like Madara's though. He'll unlock The Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror that Itachi "Gave" him. His Perfect Susanno will equip those items while covered in Enton. That'll probably be his big powerup.

Ok come on guys... Minator93 7 or 8? He would easily dispatch of Naruto/Nagato/Kabuto and would fight on par with living EMS Madara. That is completely underrating him.
