Ninja aka Shinobi are the main military power. Female Shinobi are called Kunoichi. Shinobi perform missions which are given to them they do caertain jobs. Some Ninja Clans have their own jutsus.
Chakra is pure physical energy which is in every cell of the body and can be acquired by training and hard exercise. Chakra is used to create an effect like Jutsus or walking on the water.
Ninjutsu meaning Ninja Techniques unlike the Genjutsu the effects of Ninjutsu are real. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and the hand seals to be effective. Ninjutsu is almost always offensive strategy.
Elements: There are five basic types into which the nature of chakra can be transformed, called the Five Elements Nature Transformations: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water. The basic elements can be combined to create new kind of Elements. For example Water combined with Wind makes Ice.

Nature transformation- It is nothing but providing your chakra with an specific elemental nature, It stronger than raw and unmolded Chakra, all the basic 5 elements are its example.
Shape transformation- It is providing your chakra with basic shapes just like in case of Rasenga, by doing so one is able to increase its damage dealing properties and as well as defensive properties.
Element's- The Elements in the Shinobi world are represented by our most basic elements in everyday life. Fire (火遁), Water (水遁), Wind (風遁), Earth (土遁), and Lightning (雷遁) are the basic elements that a shinobi may use, and the more advanced elements require mixing of these five main elements to be created, also learn there japnese name they may come handy.

Now i would like you to cut these leafs for me and cut them using your wind base chakra, I would like you to put the leafs between your palms and release chakra from them while nature manipulating it into wind and use that sharp wind to cut these leafs in two equal half's.
Also tell me about ans specific characteristics which is associated to wind style technique like it's speed and the type of wound it deals with etc etc.

Now Wind Style's Jutsus are mid-air. The wounds which makes are scars on the body. Wind Sstyle Jutsus are fast to reach the opponent.

what is mid-air?, they even are able to land very serious cuts etc.

Iam holding the leaf and Iam trying to manipulate my chakra's nature to wind. I just cut it with my sharp wind.:scorps:

This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes
Okay now it is the very first technique you are going to learn so good luck mate.
Now this technique is hardly used by people to be true, so to initiate it you create a gust of wind in front of you which can layer an small area in sand and dust [remember it is only short range], the only good thing about it is that if your opponent is caught in its vicinity he will be temporarily blind.
