Katsuyu allowed Sakura to summon her, this means th Kages are already healed. Tsunade had more than 30 chapters to heal them after all.

With Tsunade's condition I doubt she could heal the Kages fully. At best she could minimize the damage so that they don't die. "I can still SAVE them."

Besides, Orochimaru > Kage (Not Hokage maybe). Plus Orochimaru pointed out that she is in terrible condition.

Nothing suggests Tsunade is still cut in half. Katsuyu seemed happy/ confident when she was talking about Tsunade. She said: Tsunade - sama will be so .... ( and not would be ).
