I don't think people understand how the black flames operate. It isn't like a regular katon jutsu which just burns and disappears, it's a fire that keeps burning and consumes whatever it's touching.

Naruto's Rasenshuriken made the attack bigger, but what is actually damaging the Juubi is the black flames. Regardless of Rasenshuriken, the Juubi can be damaged by the black flames. <- That is what the OP is saying (I think)

It changed shape AND got bigger. It consumed the mass of FRS. This just shows you don't know what you're talking about.

Maybe it's just me but I think that the AMA wrapped itself around the rasenshuriken kinda like if there was a fire element added to it. Not so much consuming it to make it stronger or something but working in cooperation with it. The impact then from th combined attack did damage from the rasenshuriken and helped to spead the AMA faster. Kinda like a two hit combo in one attack. And for everyone saying that the size of a fire doesn't matter, to some extent you are right, bigger does not mean hotter, but bigger does have more destructive power. No matter how you look at it both attack together made each other stronger. Don't try to ruin a good partnership with some petty bullshit cause al the fanboys get butthurt and want their character to be the biggest and best. They worked together and both attacks increased the destructive power of each other. Seriously this fanboy rage wars is getting rediculous.
