I am pretty confuse with the soul society law below. But it made me clear that there is possibility that 2 or more shinigami holding the same zanpakutou. Such as ishin and ichigo.

It is by ancient law that two Shinigami cannot hold the same zanpakutō. They must fight for the honor of bearing the spirit, with the spirit going to the winner.

Follow to the ss law, they shoul fight and the winner will getting the loser Zanpatou spirit. So just how many zangetsu owner currently in bleach. And will the winner become even more powerful by consuming the loser Zanpatou spirit?
