Yes, as shocking as it is, some people do believe Madara doesn't know of every Mangekyo Sharingan technique and ways to fight them. It was even explained in the manga that having mastered Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu is required to awaken Susanoo.

OP: Madara mid diff at most. If Sasuke awakens perfect Susanoo then it could go either way... but I still think Madara would win.

itachi hasn't any ms jutsu besides susano except for ama/tuskimiu so it is so normal/clear thing that susano would be activated when he uses ama/tuskimiu

that doesn't mean you have to be able to use am/tuskimiu to use susano

madara fought hashirama/5 kages/alliance and he has never used ama ,because simply he hasn't it

we can't say madra can use am unless that happens in manga , untill that madara can't use it

that is natural thing ,itachi has only amatrasu and tuskimiu as ms techs besides susano

No, it doesn't, I'm wrong there, it doesn't necessarily mean Susanoo requires the others. It does imply a correlation of the three techniques tho.
What we know is that Obito was able to get rid of amaterasu and Madara was the one who trained Obito.

madara has susano ,amatrasu make eye bleeding(as mark) ,madara can block amatrasu with susano

and about obito it think obito used kamui to warp himself or the amatrasu itself

Madara. simply because, like Sasuke, Madara was an uchiha prodigy, but Madara was older when he faught Hashirama(more experience to be an uchiha genius). Madara also faught many battles and presumably killed many shinobi since childhood. I'm sure Sasuke will surpass living EMS Madara, he's still adjusting to his new powers.
