Dark clouds are getting close...Who cares about dark clouds? World is fighting freaking juubi here, right? How bad those clouds can be? lol.
Now my basic english understanding suggest me that "however" nullifies "?" mark and therefore Juubi is defeated and clouds sure are coming.

Again. If juubi gets defeated then no one gonna care about some clouds!
Well, but juubi isn't really defeated. So here is my short theory. Juubi was sealed by so6p, nonetheless it's too powerful and was waiting for a chance.
A chance to slip away. So part of juubi has leaked at that first chance and that chance was the first son.
Yes, the elder son.

The sharingan is basically a Curse Seal, just like Orochimaru was using. It's a power up, but not only. It was a back up plan devised to live on and survive.
Now the juubi is dead, but only physically. Its whole spiritual power has only one place to go and thats Sasuke.
It will grow inside for a bit then eventually grow stronger, corrupt and overtake sasuke.

Well its all BS fanfiction? You may say. Perhaps, but we get:

SASUKE VS NARUTO SERIOUS BATTLE not a fight over hokage title. None really wants that, admit it.

"Will you weight sasuke over village, or village over sasuke" crap suddenly gets on new level. Its world vs sasuke, and naruto cannot go back on his words and will fulfill them by saving sasuke from juubi. Gets to be true ****ing hero in a most badass way, even if he dies, screw hokage title.

New generation surpassing the previous one: a juubi vs juubi scale battle, since naruto already has 8/9 beasts and rikudou spirit lol.

Does anyone actually research these damn eye techniques before they say stuff like this!!?? Or do they just say whatever is on their mind. Explain why It would go to sasdouche? I mean what's your basis. Does the Jubbi just say

" Hey I think I'm gonna go to this kid, he's cool, I really don't like that 9 tailed kid anyway." I don't think they will end up fighting. So yeahhh I mean IF he ever did something like this...I think people would riot.

Well it would go for sasuke cuz sasuke is the only one left with pure uchiha blood sharingan. As my raw theory suggests it works just like curse seal of orochimaru.

And how is the Amaterasu hype justified? The only reason the flames managed to cover the entire body was because of that massive Rasenshurken.

Considering Rasenshuriken was already an S-class jutsu, much more powerful than the average S-class jutsu. It stands to reason this upgraded one is likely around 3x as powerful possibly more, or else he'd just toss two Rasenshuriken again.

Naruto done the majority of the work here. Sasuke just let his fancy eyes take over. As per, usual.

Good question. 1) juubi was aware of so6p intension regarding bijus and found a way to preserve its consciousness. 2) This consciousness needed some body to live on as its own was denied.

Wasnt it sorta self explained in OP, however i mentioned how this fanfiction would fit into manga and would give it a meaning again.

Also Jyuubi is NOT defeated. Amaterasu ? Defeats most powerful creature ? Not happening. He can just split and get that amaterasu off him. Amaterasu is a jutsu that's not so powerful, Madara doesn't even use it, since he has much stronger Jutsus.. which means it's not like Amaterasu > All.
