The Six Paths of Pain, or the 5 Kage?

Six Paths of Pain:

You must be registered for see images

• All six have shared vision
• each has a specialized ability
• all have decent speed and high taijutsu ability
• Nagato knows how to make them work effectivly as a team
• all posses chakra rods which can disrupt someones chakra
• You have no intel on their abilities

The 5 Kage:

You must be registered for see images

• Each member has his/her own special set of jutsu
• Can work well as a team
• Tsunade can heal the others
• Raikage has V2 armor
• Onoki has Dust release
• Garra has his sand defense
• Mei has lava release
• Each has heavy battle experience
• You have intel on all their abilities

• You can fight them as any character in the Manga except edos and Hashirama
• You are perfectly healthy and rested going into fight.

I'd say 6POP because of Deva and Hell Path. Without intel, these are your biggest trouble makers. Plus animal path is a b*tch to get rid of.
