I thought it required the one(s) doing the swapping to be releated, as closely as possible, to whoever's eye it is they're impanting for it to work efficiently.

We saw it transition from 3 Tomoe to MS, which is the current eye they are using. Why would it be EMS? The only possible way is for his brother to have been Shisui, but both of his eyes were destroyed in front of us (By Itachi and Danzou), so there is no chance of it being EMS

Because of both eyes being separated the intensity and number of jutsus diminish, so as the damage (I guess). i do enjoy both of them using it with class. As far as I see the other Uchiha, not spamming-jutsu is quite a virtue -I love jutsu spamming btw-

he had lots of sharingan taken frm dead uchiha's ...so he might hav implanted them ...otherwise he should hav gone blind by now
