Depends on the browser and android version, cuz that website doesnt use HTMl, it uses flash, at least i guess so, so see if your device is flash player compatible and then downloaded it, then download a browser that is compatible with it, most are no worries, but do that only if your stock browser doesnt support flash

use dolphin browser ...its freely available in google store ...still if u cant play download n install latest ver of adobe flash player from google store ..
