Most manga heros do note "Earn" there power in any sense of the word, most of them were born powerful or were "Lucky" enough to come across something that gave them there power. Comics and Manga do the same crap.

Goku is in the same boat as superman. While you ignore comic characters like Batman, or Cyclops and Iceman who were given powers, true, but had to train to develop them to the level they are, if left at base level they'd die from half the villains in the comics.

Yeah I know, it's not all of them but many of them and also Goku trained really really Hard to become that strong and Superman was just born and had that Powers .. you can't put them in the same Boat.

let me guess you only read mainstream shonen and only seen the marvel movies? because 99% of the comic heroes, evne the minor ones go through training. they arent just born able to control their power perfectly.

supes was a regular kryptonian barely faster than a bullet in his original incarnation. and considering we first see him already in adulthood your just assuming he didnt train. assuming that goku wasnt born with genetic affinity for fighting (which he was). and dont stand there and tell me saiyans arent born epic. they literally send babies to other planets expecting said planets to be lifeless in a few years!

They're EXACTLY the same archetype. Goku and Kal'el BOTH ALIENS born with power levels that make humans look like ants. BOTH grew up strengthening their powers. Neither Goku or Superman could fly as fast at 18 as they could at 25 because they both trained and made themselves better after almost losing important fights. Goku was born a Super Saiyan, yes he had to go through a lot to unlock it but the fact he could unlock it means he was born with the ability. He was also born with the ability to transform into an ape. Superman was born with laser eyes you think they came to development in a baby at full strength?

Cell could be a hero depending on which side you root for, he was the android guys hero.
