If you count the movies Naruto killed every single final villain, if you count the war arc, he killed a bunch of Zetsu and 60% of Edos, in the first half there good number of instances(such as the star village villain, etc.). In the second part it is Kakuzu, Pain(most of the Paths, including Nagato with Talk no Jutsu), as far as i can remember at least...

Yes this I can agree with. If you count the movies then yes, Naruto killed the main villians. But BOTH Naruto AND Sasuke have never killed anybody in the manga.

Naruto VS Kakuzu? Naruto defeated him, Kakashi killed him

Naruto VS Pain? Nagato committed suicide. That's not killing him. That was Nagato's choice after hearing Naruto's reply to a question he asked him.

Sasuke VS Deidara? Deidara commited suicide trying to take Sasuke out

Sasuke VS Itachi? Itachi died from his illness.

Sasuke VS Danzo? Danzo commited suicide to keep Tobi from getting Shisui's other eye.

Neither of them have killed any of their opponents. Guess Kishi doesn't favor kids killing adults.

I would say him killing the six paths counts. They were living corpses, that were strong enough to take on a village, Naruto took them down one by one, forever putting them to rest. On top of that he killed tons of zetsu and 10-tails minions
