When Katsuyu mentioned Sakura mastering the byakugou seal she said Tsunade WILL.. and then was cut off. If she had already died i would assumed she would have said 'Tsunade would..'. I'm sure she is stable at the moment.

Either that or Sakura isn't allowed to go and help Tsunade because there are more lives at stake on the main battlefield. She must know about Tsunade since katsuyu has telepathic ability. This is kinda confirmed for me when Orochimaru mentions her being in bad shape.

So i have come to the conclusion in my theory that Sakura knows of her condition but just can't help her because of medical ninja rules.

Either Orochimaru will kill her or karin is there for a reason.

We saw 30 % of Karins abilities , so everything is possible , next thing you know , Kishi will give her a really great ability to heal or she will be doing a combo with Suigetsu to save Tsunade , the rest of the kages are , i guess , saved by Tsunade .

I am going by the context it was used in, she mentions sakura mastering the seal and then says tsunade will i would will in 'tsunade will be pleased/proud' but if she was hinting death 'tsunade would be proud'

She has that biting thing, more than likely Tsunade already healed the kage and herself the best she could and they are all just there camping because they are probably just i na state they will live. Knowing who orochimaru is they might try to defend Tsunade from him.

Such ignorance. She didn't kill Tsunade. Tsunade already did what she was suppose to do. Katsuya could not be summoned if she was in use. She is quite calm as well not like she was stolen away from Tsunade when she needed it the most i'm sure she would have told sakura.
