Lol that guy that couldn't get his hands on the sharingan is now completely made by Hashirama's dna and now controls the 2nd, 3rd and 4th hokages (I don't count the 1st because he said that he couldn't control him) and when he finishes whatever he does with the kages, he can go to Obito's hideout and take all the sharingan he ever wanted.

Orochimaru's plan was to create deeper enmity between Itachi and Sasuke in order to meld their Mangekyo Sharingans into an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, then add in Senju DNA to create the Rinnegan. Remember he needs to have all elemental affinities in order to attain his dream of mastering all Jutsu. Read deeper into things.

Orochimaru only has one plan, it's to get Sasukes, fresh body. He doesn't care about the war, as long as he doesn't die; but Orochimaru is forced to join the war. To help Sasuke defend the village or whatever he want's to do. And after all of that, Orochimaru will take Sasukes body...Anyway, that's what I think.

What was a mistranslation? What he said to Tsunade? Yeah the mangapanda one might seems a little evil. He really said "You don't seem to be holding up so well...Tsunade" Doesn't seem evil to me. At all. Why would he go to heal Tsunade in the first place if he was evil still. He doesn't need her anymore to heal his arms, he already has them back. There is no reason whatsoever for him to go help Tsunade, he is just doing it because he doesn't want her to die probably.

Orochimaru is definitely not the villain of the entire series. I don't know, but I never got a sense of pure EVIL from Oro. Yeah, crazy and maybe misguided, but never EVIL. Madara and Obito you get evil from(well Obito is gonna be tnj so maybe not), but Orochimaru never seemed truly evil evil.

Dawgs, I live in Japan. Orochimaru is literally a symbol for Orochi, a demon from Japanese folklore. The guy's been evil since he debuted in this series. Are you really going to argue that a corrupting immortal snake-man is NOT evil? I mean come on guys. Really? REALLY?

Use your brains The Japanese manga I could cite is endless here. He even speaks like some Yakuza Lord LOL (I live in Japan and know reasonably good Japanese)

I realize Kishi uses a lot of symbolism from Japanese mythology, take the Bijuu's for example, and Amaterasu and the other MS techs. But he doesn't follow them EXACTLY. Most of the Bijuu's are not like the real myth of the Bijuu's. He takes names from myths, but that doesn't mean he has to follow them exactly. The way I see it, he has never written Orochimaru to be as evil as Madara or Obito, he just hasn't.

He has multiple choices... He has the power of the four hokage.. He could turn at any time. And, he's with Tsunade at the moment.. He could kill Tsunade..and then he could take Sasuke's body, being hokage after. Even Sasuke tells everyone they have no idea how powerful Orochimaru can actually be.
