I don't think it was nostalgia. On the last page she looked very sad so I'm guessing Katsuyu told Sakura what happened to Tsunade. Or else it's because she knows Sasuke is still evil; that's what everyone was talking about before it showed her looking sad.

She's crying because she's happy. How could she possibly know that Sasuke has a hidden agenda? She can't read his mind. And I don't think she'd have time to think about Tsunade while battling the Juubi.

She could be sad (that last panel) or putting on her "Okay now onto the next task" face. Like, now that the battle's over, even though Sasuke helped he's still a missing-nin. So figuring out what to do about him will be complicated so everybody has a big job ahead of them. Team 7 fought together again as a team. I don't know if that enough to fulfill what she was hoping for (that thing she said to herself at the end of Naruto and Sasuke's confrontation after the Danzo fight), but to be together again as an official team still might not happen. If that's what she wants there is still work to be done.
