Regardless of his intentions, Itachi is a sadistic murderer.

He had good intentions, but that doesn't change a thing. Fact of the matter is that Itachi murdered his entire family in cold blood with no explanation. Women, children, everybody.

There are few hard counters to KA. While KA is shrouded in mystery, we do know that it is the most powerful genjutsu, as it places your opponent in a genjutsu where you control them, without them even knowing it. (in theory)

Those that do have counters (I've heard cases for Sasori, Kakuzu), are beaten by Danzo regardless because of his formidable seals, wind style, wood style, and Izanagi.

It can't be used in an actual fight, because it only effects people who don't accept their selves or their situation. It's not just "lol Izanami soloes GG"

Minato's FTG is just about the best defensive technique in the Manga after Kamui.

Why?

Minato has shown the greatest reaction time in the manga; dodging quite possibly the fastest attack we've seen in the Manga, less than an inch from his face.

If an attack of that speed can be dodged by Minato's reaction and FTG, any other attack should be cake.

Sadistic means that you enjoy pain, and Itachi didn't enjoy it one bit. And he understood that if he didn't do it, someone else would. He also knew that if he did do it, he'd save Sasuke. Basically everything he's ever done was for Sasuke.

KA also takes 10 years to recharge, its too risky to rely on as a trump card.

Izanami's power depends on the target.

I don't think there is any contesting that FTG is one of the best moves in all of Naruto, but its by no means an absolute defense. If you can predict where he'll be, you can hit him. Other than that, though, you're screwed.

Obviously you don't know much about real ninja, killing people is what they do. Itachi had a mission and completed it, ninja are generally mercenaries and hired assassins, look up history on ninja.

Itachi did what he was ordered to do and saved the village, and prevented a world war.

What is hot? Sure we've been conditioned to believe the idea of hot, but what we believe could be wrong. Hot is a term learned from someone else. You believe the sun is hot because you've been conditioned to. How can anyone who hasn't created or been to the sun truly say it's hot? You could meet the creator and he could tell you the sun is cold. Or she could tell you that it's not even the sun. It's all speculation as we as humans really know nothing we only decide to take our experiments and experience as fact given our severely limited knowledge.

Oh, don't get me wrong.

I completely agree. Human arrogance has grown to the point where we believe that if it can't be explained with our science, it just can't exist. Which sickens me. Some things are just never going to be explained by our feeble minds that we have come to cherished and build up and praise as the greatest thing in the Universe.

That being said, we KNOW the sun is hot. We can feel it's heat millions of miles away.
