Not necessarily. Everyone would keep their good traits and the bad would be eliminated. This includes intelligence, creativity, humor, etc. That's the main condition of my wish, I guess. You would change them for the betterment of everyone as a whole. No more war, no more atrocities, no more crime, no more sadness.
I feel I'm pulling an Obito, but without the dead girlfriend problems.
