Your still not understanding that when i say that Minato barely reacted, im reffering to his own speed and reactions. Using Hiriashin in succesion doesn't mean he was faster nor that A couldn't keep up with his speed, when in reality, it Minato can barely react to A's.

At that particular moment, Minato's goal wasn't to dodge the attack only, but to dodge it after preparing his counter-attack, reason why he threw a kunai above him. If he had time to throw a kunai above him AND teleport away(so 2 actions) when Raikage was inches away from him, that already shows he could have dodge it long before if he really wanted, but like i've said, it wasn't his goal at all

If Minato was able to do all that in that mere fraction of seconds, it's enough for me to realise that Minato's reaction speed is above that of V2 Raikage

lightly tossing a kunai up and then uising Hiriashin doesn't put him above A. A was able to move a distance at a speed Minato was only able to react to at the last moment.

Essentailly what your saying is that a person that only had time to lighly give the Kunai an upward momentum is faster than the person that covered meters of distance before he could move is faster then I dont know whats wrong with you.

Naruto has been using his Shunshin flawlessly since he went off to the war nor does hype Minato above him.

Neither of them can deal with Bee. Redirecting Bijudama's will tire Minato out quick, thats if he can. As DA has already stated, he can't if he doesn't have massive prep.
