who is your favorite dead Naruto character in general, and your favorite dead Akatsuki character and why? Mine would have to be Neji or Sasori. I feel like Sasori had one of the best background stories of any Akatsuki member and was also underrated in power. I say Neji because he had so much potential to get stronger it's ridiculous and I am also a fan of gentle fist.

Favourite dead character would be Jiraiya. Favourite dead Akatsuki would be Sasori. Sasori is my favourite though.

Rikudou Sennin - Savior of the shinobi world, even though he had all those powers he still used it for something good.
Nagato - Wanted to change world to create peace, and at least he didn't kill people just for fun.

seems like jiraiya might be a common pick, but yea he was completely badass so that's overall who I miss the most.
As for akatsuki, idk if you might count him since he wasn't with the "new" akatsuki that we know, but Yahiko. It's well known how much of an impact he had on nagato, he was the true leader that started it, and I feel with development he would've been ultra powerful. Would have loved to see him in the present time, although I can say kishi developed his story and his role very well. For him to actually appear so little, gotta say he already has my respect.
