She the most popular Sannin in Naruto-verse. Her presence amongst as a Hokage is reassuring to Kakashi and the other Kage.

People will say "Onoki" Jinton Spam.. well he can keep Spaming it , and Tsunade will keep dodging it. Ay literally has no chance since he relies too much on taijutsu. Mei lacks Taijutsu prowess, her ninjutsu is better for someone like Gaara or Onoki. Gaara well he lacks experience.


No hokage would've been able to save the people, if they village was going to be inevitably destroyed like Tsunade did.

Tsunade without a doubt is the THIRD MOST IMPORTANT KAGE in the shinobi world, after her Granduncle and Grandfather.



Its the same concept like Minato.. Minato's only arsenal was FTG and Rasengan. . And you'd call that Hokage level? If he can be Hokage level with his 2 techniques.. Then pretty sure the Greatest Medical ninja would be Hokage level easily.

Jinton eradicate tsunade, gaara buried her alive and the raikage chop off her neck and it can go 50:50 w/ mei. Still @ the bottom. She is a great support though no doubt about that, combat-wise she is below the other kages, her only attack is a punch which is slow and predictable
