Lee and Neji vs Raikage A

situation: Raikage is going on a rampage leaf must intervene
location: just barely outside the leaf gate (konoha's borders)
distance:about 10 feet and closing
restrictions: no reinforcements raikage can go all out if he chooses too
intent: subdue Raikage without killing him (beat him senseless)

i guess i picked them cause they all use taijutsu however i think Raikage could take either one alone but they'd have a chance together i just want a second opinion

Raikage ofc. Only Neji would be able to do damage but they would have to capture not kill, i don't see how can they accomplish this specially if A's on rampage.

Raikage wins mid difficulty.

Let's not underestimate Neji or Lee though. Neji could spam rotation and if the Raikage tries attacking Neji, the Raikage has a possibility of getting knocked down. Gated Lee is very fast but he can't maintain the gates for long nor is he faster than A so if Lee and Neji have even the slightest chance, it is at the very beginning of the fight.
