How do versus scenarios happen? The people creating them assume the combatants are alive.

People like Tobi Rama, hanzo , etc should be out of the list completely tbh. We don't have any evidence of where they should be. Only hype.

yes, but hiruzen can stay to some degree, though it has to be based on his oro fight. In which case, he'd fall somewhere to the bottom, but i haven't thought of it yet. So it's possible he might not be in top 60 off those feats.

then obviously if they are edos and have edo powers kabuto and oro are number 2 and 3 right? how can rinnegan madara even be edo without kabutos help

2 well we don't know everything about that yet and i honestly think kishi is going to skip that flash back

3 well if were using a list the chronological times zone changes because it doesn't matter if the
characters was dead in some other characters time zone, because we are going to compare their powers and list them based on that, but heres the problem in a list where everyone is alive and for edo tensei you need the dna of the passed away how can you use the technique if every one you try to summon is already alive, hints that in a list where everyone is alive the technique can't be used anyway.(i might be wrong but thats how i see it but)
