Fire Release

Question #1.
Fire Release is part of the five main elements that everyone can use. It is known as Katon in Japanese. It is used by moulding chakra inside the stomach and releasing it through the mouth. Although, it is not necessary for example Amaterasu does not require one to mould chakra inside the stomach. Fire Release is commonly required in using explosive tags. Every member of the Uchiha Clan is said to have an affinity towards Fire Release.

Fire Release is strong against Wind Release considering the fact that the Wind feeds the Fire and allows it to increase.
Fire Release can be used along with Earth Release and the result would be devastating.
Weakness
Fire Release is relatively weak against Water as it they cool down the flames.
Neutral
Fire Release is neutral towards Lightning Release as they are both in Partial State(Don't Remember The Exact Word) and would pass through each other.

Teuchi begins to mould superheated chakra inside his stomach and channels it to his lungs. Now he inhales a lot of air and by channeling his Katon chakra to his mouth, he releases several fireballs from him mouth [Aiming Straight At His Senpai]

Strong Points:
(1). Since this technique is short-range in can be used as a surprise attack considering the fact that it does not require any sort of hand seals or preparation time
(2). Can be used in an attempt to defend the user against the enemy's kunai or shuriken

Weak Points:
(1). The technique itself is short-range and would not reach reach the target if he/she is not close
(2). The technique is relatively weak and thus can be blocked by most techniques

Combination Strategies:
(1). The technique can be used along with Wind Release in order to create much larger fireballs
(2). The technique can be used along with Water Release to create steam which could greatly benefit the user in hiding or attacking the target [Does not work against Doujutsu users]

Ways To Counter Technique
(1). A D Rank Water Technique would easily be able to defend against the technique
(2). A relatively strong Wind Technique would also be able to blow away the fire
(3). Pillars or Walls created by an Earth Technique would quite easily block the technique as the fire would simply collide with the wall/pillar and disappear

He makes sure to keep his chakra balanced in order to prevent the kunai from being inflamed in his hands. He then throws the kunai towards the clone and releases his Katon chakra from the kunai which causes it to be inflamed.

Strong Points:
(1). Since this technique is short-range in can be used as a surprise attack considering the fact that it does not require any sort of hand seals or preparation time
(2). Can be used to inflame an object if the user has been bound by a rope and is unable to perform a hand seal

Weak Points:
(1). The technique itself is short-range and would not reach reach the target if he/she is not close
(2). If not used properly, the user might injure himself or set aflame everything surrounding him

Combination Strategies:
(1). Can be used along with several Wind or Lightning infused kunai

Ways To Counter Technique:

You don't infuse your kunai withfire chakra.
You actually throw the kunais and spew out fire from your mouth to enflame it.
Try again.

Weak point:
Even if the attack is short range, if you throw the kunai, with this jutsu, the fire will douse off after short range, but the kunai will proceed.
