Well his nickname was the Professor, he was able to use every ninjutsu ( except the clan techniques and the Kekkei Genkais ) in the leaf village.

so he will have kunaies outside battlefield
minato can even send hashirama's 1000 hands to other area

Nevermind in databook he has 5 intelligence and it was often stated that he has a vast knowledge and is very smart..Minao can adept to various situations but I think the knowledge and being smart because of this goes to Hiruzen

how can we say that there is someone as strongest hokage? basically hashirama is the strongest,otherwise i think that we cant compare Tobirama with hiruzen,minato and tsunade.if Tobirama is strong in water,its because it is an elemental nature.u cant compare the hokages according to their elemental nature,since hiruzen is fire and earth which can be detrimental to tobirama(water is weak to earth),while minato is reknowned for his speed and tsunade for strength(though there might be many senjus but tsunade is the only known survivor).so we cannot compare the hokages.

proof? Stop talking smack. Minato's speed + power increase in KCM would definitely allow him to be on the same level of Hashirama. Until we see KCM Minato's power we can't judge.
