I think naruto and sasuke WILL fight to death

I think Sasuke is lying... I believe he wants to stop madara's plans and the war so he can destroy konoha himself, he still want to avenge itachi and he is the one who have to do it. After madara is stopped, sasuke will attack konoha and naruto will fight him

I don't think they'll fight to the death because Sasuke wants to destroy Konoha. Those days are over (he'll probably want to kill the elders, though). However they might fight to the death for the title of Hokage. Who knows..
