Not even scratching ascended saiyan, SS3, SS4, or the new SS God. Hell Nappa destroyed a city and solod an army just for fun and he didn't break a sweat.

EARLY episodes, Vegeta barely even put forth a small fraction of his power and comeplety destroyed an entire planet with its moon within seconds.

Theres nothing amazing about destroying a city in the world of dbz.
